Wednesday, August 17th, 2016: Chano Cracks 5 Hits
Miami right fielder Sergio Chano could do no wrong in today's 10-4 win over the Miners as he collected 5 hits.

"In every one of his at-bats things were in his favor... he got hitter's counts," the skipper of the Miners said to the press corps after the game.

Chano agreed. "The key is getting ahead. Once you get ahead, it makes it a lot easier because you get a better pitch to hit. You know the pitcher has to come in with it. And you're ready."

S. Chano singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off F. Rioseco in the 8th.

In 83 games this season Chano is batting .327 with 111 hits and 7 home runs. He has scored 47 runs and driven in 61.
