"That was one of my best outings," said Pascual Salcido. "I was worried a lot in the bullpen. My ball wasn't quite right. Luckily, it can be two different worlds -- the bullpen and the game. Once I stepped on the field, it all fell into place."
It was an impressive start for the Bandidos hurler. He blanked the Reds 2-0 on a strong 3-hitter while ringing up 6 strikeouts and doling out 2 walks.
In 13 starts this season Salcido has crafted a 9-3 record with a 2.52 ERA.

Pascual Salcido of the Santiago Bandidos whitewashed the Tecate Eagles 16-0 in a complete-game win, limiting them to 5 hits while chalking up 10 strikeouts and giving up 2 walks.
Talking to BNN writers after the game, his manager said, "He's got the makeup. He's not afraid to challenge guys. Pascual is pretty poised out there. He knows how to pitch and how to use his stuff."
In 2019 Salcido has compiled a 7-2 record with a 1.86 ERA.

In a standout performance today at Field of the Pillagers, Bandidos pitcher Carlos Balderas blanked the Tecate Eagles 2-0. He limited them to 5 hits and posted 8 strikeouts and 2 walks to gain the win for Santiago.
To this point in the season, Balderas shows a 4-3 record, 9 starts, 67.1 innings, 39 strikeouts and a 3.74 ERA.
