| Breaking News |  | Monday, July 25th, 2016: AL Player of the Week Named Clint Taylor has the tools to stick in this league for many years. The 21-year-old center fielder of the Omaha Farm Boys had a pretty fair bat in the Atlantic over the past seven days and won the Player of the Week honors.
Taylor batted .560 with 14 hits in 25 at-bats, 1 home run and 4 RBIs.
To date this season Taylor is hitting .303 with 11 home runs. |  | Saturday, July 23rd, 2016: Injury Forces Clint Taylor Out Clint Taylor and the Omaha Farm Boys got a bad break in today's game against the Copperheads as the team confirmed he will miss 2 months with a fractured eye socket. The Farm Boys center fielder suffered the injury making a defensive play. The team doctor is confident he'll make a full recovery.
This season Taylor has hit at a .303 clip with 41 RBIs, 11 home runs and 49 runs scored. |  | Thursday, July 21st, 2016: 5-Hit Blitz by Taylor It was high-5 day at Farm Boys Field, at least for Clint Taylor of the Omaha Farm Boys. He got a lot of high-5's from his teammates for his outstanding hitting against the Little Rock Wildcats. Taylor smashed 5 hits in 5 at-bats on his record-setting day, leading his club to a 7-2 win.
His manager said, "Clint was hitting everything. It really was a special game for him."
In the other dugout the opposing manager told BNN beat writers, "He ambushed my boys today. Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but luckily, tomorrow is another day. Hopefully it will be our day to shine."
C. Taylor singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off M. Veeder in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
