Friday, September 25th, 2015: Louisville's Colon Out 2 Weeks
Dealing with injuries is part of the game, and now Jose Colon of the Sluggers knows this firsthand. He was injured against the San Juan Crusaders while throwing the ball. Diagnosed as a strained back muscle, the Louisville center fielder is expected to miss 2 weeks. Colon was a little upset, but understands it comes with the territory. "There is nothing I can do now. You try to be careful, but no matter how careful you are, injuries happen."

This season Colon is batting .284 with 86 RBIs, 75 runs scored and 23 home runs.
